Thanks for shopping at ServingSomeLines. All items in our store are instant digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.

Delivery

Files are available immediately after checkout and by email download link.
The standard package includes PNG, JPEG, and PDF files unless otherwise stated on the product page.

License & Use

Personal use only. You may take the file to your tattoo artist or print it for yourself.
Commercial use, resale, redistribution, file sharing, or uploading the files elsewhere is not permitted.

Refunds & Returns

Because digital files cannot be physically returned, all sales are final once access to the digital files begins.

EU/UK right of withdrawal for digital content

If you are in the EU or UK, you may normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this product is instant digital content.

Before completing checkout, you are asked to consent to immediate delivery of the digital files and to acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access to the download begins.

After the download link or digital file access has been delivered following that consent and acknowledgment, the order is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded simply because you changed your mind.

This does not affect your legal rights if the file is faulty, corrupted, missing, or not as described.

We will fix any file issue

If a file is corrupted, missing, or not as described, contact us within 7 days and we will re-send or replace the file at no cost.
If you were charged twice for the same product by mistake, we will refund the duplicate charge.
We are happy to help with basic sizing or export questions, but we cannot redesign the artwork after purchase.

Chargebacks & misuse

We investigate claims of unauthorized use, file sharing, and chargeback fraud. Continued misuse may result in account or download access being revoked.
