Return & Refund Policy — Digital Downloads

Thanks for shopping at ServingSomeLines. All items in our store are instant digital downloads (no physical products are shipped).

Delivery

Files are available immediately after checkout and by email download link.
Standard package includes PNG (transparent), JPEG (preview), and PDF (printable) unless otherwise stated on the product page.

License & Use

Personal use only (you may take the file to your tattoo artist or print for yourself).
Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or sharing files is not permitted.

Refunds & Returns

Because digital files can’t be “returned,” all sales are final once the download link is delivered.

EU/UK right of withdrawal (digital content)

If you are in the EU or UK: by completing the purchase and accessing your download, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content (Consumer Rights / Directive 2011/83/EU and UK equivalents).

We will fix any file issue

If a file is corrupted, missing, or not as described, contact us within 7 days and we’ll re-send or replace the file at no cost.
If you were charged twice for the same product by mistake, we’ll refund the duplicate charge.
We’re happy to help with basic sizing/export questions, but we cannot redesign the artwork.

Chargebacks & misuse

We investigate claims of unauthorized use, file sharing, and chargeback fraud. Continued misuse may result in account or download access being revoked.
